2024 Crescendo season
In CRESCENDOâ„ presented by Haas, a new challenge debuting January 6, 2024, FIRST Robotics Competition teams will use their engineering skills and creative power to entertain and move the world.
Lights, camera, STEAM! Science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) inspire big ideas, bold action – and creativity. Our skills make it possible to create art and experiences that bring us together, entertain us, and move us. During our 2023-2024 arts-inspired robotics season, FIRST® IN SHOWSM presented by Qualcomm, we will celebrate the roles our STEM skills play in the arts and design and build a world of endless possibilities. The future is yours to create.
​With the challenge set before us at the beginning of the season, our members created a complex design process that featured multiple designs and renderings. This continued until the finalized version was created. The AvengerRobotics team used an iterative design process to successfully create Morales for the 2024 competition season. Through the course of the season, members were able to extend their skills and learn new ones such as CAD and fabrication. As a 6-year program, AvengerRobotics and its new members have developed a variety of technical skills through Morales.
